Record stores around the world are closing their doors at an alarming rate. For digital media such as CDs and DVDs, the transition to an online-only marketplace makes sense, but for sound recordings only available in analog format it does not.

The Audio Preservation Fund directory is a searchable database of existing record stores and dealers from around the world. By connecting interested buyers with these stores and dealers we hope to rejuvenate the dwindling market for sound recordings.
