We assembled this section for those interested in researching sound recordings. We compile research materials in the form of Articles, Books, and Academic Papers. These pertain to the preservation of audio as well as other aspects of the history and business of music. We are also building a list of Organizations that work toward the preservation of audio. They are very useful resources as well and we encourage you to visit their websites to learn more about them.

Apart from the information we record from our acquisitions, we also record information from recordings we have yet to acquire. This allows us to process our acquisitions more efficiently and also allows us to provide a catalog of analog recordings to you. Please visit the searchable catalog to search information on some of the recordings that might be in your own collection.
