We can never thank the wonderful volunteers of the Audio Preservation Fund enough. They help us keep the wheels spinning. There are many different ways a volunteer with the Audio Preservation Fund can contribute time or skill to accomplish our mutual goals.

Here are just a few ways:

  • Sort through records
  • File records
  • Fill out databases
  • Improvements to offices
  • Pick up collections
  • Catalog collections to determine value and desirability
  • Develop research topics and lead research teams
  • Run fundraising sales
  • Restore recordings
  • Put up posters / pass out flyers
  • Teach music education to children
  • Run lending library
  • Run coffee shop program
  • Go on trips to help preserve/catalog archives at partnering institutions
